Pullet Eggs are from young Hens before they are mature so they are smaller than an average Egg. These are 1.5 – 1.8 ounce Eggs compared with an average Regular 2 ounce Egg. They make cute Deviled Eggs or decorated Easter Eggs. All of our farmers’ Eggs are now GMO and Soy Free and the hens are allowed to roam freely every day!
